OUTDOOR LIGHT WARRANTY

 

We guarantee our outdoor light against hidden defects for a period of one year. Any request under the warranty must be in writing and addressed to our customer service department.

 

  • Hidden defects

    We guarantee our equipment against hidden defects for one year from the date of delivery, and provided that the defect is reported at the latest within 20 days after its discovery. The warranty covers equipment, not the source or bulb. The warranty entitles the repair or exchange of the defective equipment, without further compensation, including the loss of use and other direct or indirect damages. It does not cover defects caused by:

    - An incorrect choice or misuse of the device

    - A modification of the device without our written consent

    - An electrical installation not in accordance with the standards and rules of art

    - A cause unrelated to the device (power surge, lightning, etc.)

    - Non-compliance with the rules of the art concerning the installation or usage of the device and / or the choice of materials (especially on the sea front waterside, or in wet areas, etc), and / or the product instruction manual.

  • Apparent conformity and defects

    All claims relating to the nature, characteristics, quantities and apparent qualities of the products should be reported to the Company by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within a maximum period of 10 calendar days from the delivery in order to be taken into account.

  • Terms

    Any request under the warranty must be in writing and addressed to our customer service department by mail or by email, and be accompanied by the delivery note and invoice. In the event that the above conditions are met, a warranty voucher shall be issued and we shall repair or replace at our discretion the products under warranty without any charge. You shall immediately return the goods under warranty to us at your expense. Otherwise, in case of returned goods under warranty that are not in accordance with the warranty conditions, we shall issue a warranty refusal. The customer shall, if the goods were returned, arrange pickup of the goods within eight days of sending the warranty refusal.
